Robin Keith is the founder and CEO of EcoLeaders, a boutique consulting firm serving the zoo, aquarium, and conservation community. She specializes in facilitating transformative organizational change, with a focus on strategic planning, leadership development, team effectiveness, change management, and designing collective impact initiatives. Robin previously led the Vision, Innovation, and Strategy team at the San Diego Zoo Wildlife Alliance, where she honed her ability to guide organizations toward shared goals and sustainable solutions.

Robin has worked with a wide range of organizations, including Lincoln Park Zoo, Monterey Bay Aquarium, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Dallas Zoo, and Roger Williams Park Zoo. She also serves on the board of directors for the San Diego Children’s Discovery Museum and chairs the board for Sparrow Academy, a Waldorf-inspired public charter school serving San Diego County students and families.

Currently nearing the completion of her doctoral program in Nonprofit and Philanthropic Leadership at the University of San Diego, Robin’s dissertation focuses on organizational effectiveness in zoos and aquariums. She is excited to lead a panel discussion on staff wellbeing and explore the role of wellbeing in organizational success.
