Poster presentation guidelines

Poster presentations can be in video and/or printed format this year. Approved presenters should register and attend the Conference in person to promote the exchange of ideas and knowledge. Registration for the Conference will open in May.

Deadline and Announcement Dates

Abstracts will be received until:
26 June 2024, 17:00 CEST (GMT+2).

The announcement of the selected posters will be: 17 July 2024.

Video posters

Video posters will be displayed on rotation at the Conference venue, selected ones might be played during the plenary sessions.

Requirements:

• Maximum 2 minutes
• In high resolution (1280x720 pixels or above) and widescreen (16:9)
• In .mp4 or .mov
• Video posters can be in presenters' native language. English subtitles must be added regardless of the language the video poster is in

Printed posters

Printed posters will be displayed at the Conference venue.


Requirements:

• Dimension should be A0 (119.2cm height x 84.4cm width)
• Portrait (vertical) layout
• Size the title and the text so it can be easily read, avoid large sections of text, and use images, charts, figures, and bulleted lists when possible
• Printed posters must be in English.
